All Realtors go through a 3 month training program and continue in business training the entire time they are in the Weaver LLC, Realtors Team.

As the Broker Owner of Weaver LLC, Realtors part of my responsibility is to ensure our company backs up what we say and I can promise you we do. My name's on the company, and I take that very seriously.

As you can imagine we are a small office, that is intended, we don't want to be the biggest - just the best.

I have 18 years of real estate experience, 2 as an agent, 3 as an Associate Broker and the rest as the Broker Owner of my own company. There are a lot of Realtors out there but it is absolutely critical that you find one who knows their market, has additional training above the minimal continuing educational hours and who will practice real estate like they were practicing real estate for themselves with ethics and integrity.

• In 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, because I have a strong team and a Great Medical Team at Mayo in Rochester Minnesota we were able to continue to grow the company. I continued to work full time and we again were the #1 most recommended real estate service in our area on Google 2 years in a row!
• In 2019 found us growing and expanding our service area, originally within 25 miles of Storm Lake, we went to 50 miles. Another most recommended real estate service on Google for our area - 3 years running. 
• 2020 has been an unusual year, but our company learned, adjusted and grew by developing systems and processes to continue to work with buyers, sellers and investors. Covid-19 has not hurt our growth, we are ahead of projections and I loved developing and learning all the new virtual systems and tools. Our number 1 focus remains our clients.  Again we were the #1 Most recommended real estate service in our area on Google!
• 2021 took our brokerage 100% virtual, we do still have a brick and mortar office but an agent can do all their work online with us! We were noted as the #1 Most Recommended Real Estate Service on GOOGLE again this year, so 2017 through 2021 for 5 years running. I earned the Top 15% of All Real Estate Professionals in the USA Award from HomeSnap. 
• 2022 We are adding several new faces to our team and expanding our service area south, east and west. Welcome aboard Lissett Lopez as a new bilingual Realtor and Belle Pedersen in our Admin - new agent in training program Looking North and further east 2023!
