The Weaver LLC, Realtors Our Team
Serving the Storm Lake, IA area.
Weaver LLC, Realtors believes in providing a great service at a great price. Our commitment is to provide exceptional real estate services with No Excuses, No Surprises, and No Worries.
As the Broker Owner of Weaver LLC, Realtors part of my responsibility is to ensure our company backs up what we say and I can promise you we do. Our name is on the company, and we take that very seriously.
We look for very special Realtors to work with us: they must practice real estate full time, they must be willing to continue to develop and grow their knowledge through designations and training, they must have a high level of ethics, they must be professional and be committed to providing the highest level of service in the Storm Lake and Cherokee, IA area. As you can imagine we are a small office, that is intended, we don't want to be the biggest - just the best.
I have many years of experience buying and selling real estate, 2 as an agent, 3 as an Associate Broker, and the rest as the Broker Owner of my own company. Over the last 5 years, I have been involved in between 44 to 52 transactions a year. On average most other real estate agents in the area worked less than 10 transactions each. There are a lot of Realtors out there but it is absolutely critical that you find one who knows their market, has additional training above the minimal continuing educational hours, and who will practice real estate like they were practicing real estate for themselves.
MEET THE TEAM!

There are 5 key attributes of a successful Christian business and life:
Commitment - A promise that cannot be broken under any circumstances, like God's promises to his people.
Consistency - Doing the right thing day in and day out.
Perseverance - Nothing great is easy, business must be something you absolutely love, or you are in the wrong place.
Optimism - Building a business is hard, and so is life. The journey does count; we see each "problem" as a chance to learn and grow both in our Christian life and business; negativism has no place in our business
Accountability - You are responsible for all you do; we keep the end in mind; nothing else counts as much as a good end result.
